Open Phee Notes, go to Profile, open Settings, and choose Delete account. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Email us from the address associated with your Phee Notes account. Use the subject "Delete my Phee Notes account" and include the account email address in your request.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request so that another person cannot delete your account without permission.
Deleting your account removes the account and associated cloud data, including profile information, synced workout notes, files, plans, progress records, and uploaded note photos. Data stored only on a device can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage.
Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup rotation. Any retained information is isolated from normal product use and deleted when the applicable retention period ends.
